Stand In Line For The A Line

Denim is a massive trend for Spring. ‘Hallelujah’ we all cry! Easy to wear, not massively expensive and, unless Mars has been your primary residence, you should have some delicious denim pieces already in your wardrobe ready to go. They should be perfect for a re-vamp – jeans, ripped at the knee, shirts - go mad and fray and tear, long skirts cut to the knee, whatever your age and shape – think Parisian and don’t give a F**K. Ditch black and grey denim, bright or patterns, they're so last season, its all about Indigo, shades of bleu ‘darling’ ...nothing else will do!

Seventies is SO back so with magazines full of bell bottoms, worn on long legs and skinny waists (forget this unless you're Gisele!) Instead, ‘invest’ in THE key piece of denim to covert this Spring, the A line denim skirt... so school teacher and now so cool because of Alexa Chung collaborating and designing her very own version for Californian brand AG Jeans. Alexa’s skirt sold out in minutes on Net-A-Porter (much to my disappointment) Stella has done a lighter denim version and MIH have a great one too. The High Street always follow suite so it wont be long until we can get our watered down version and look bang on trend for a fraction of the price... Happy Days.
